|This policy describes what you can expect from Chefs on Stage, it's parent company; The Corporate Group and associated web sites in the group with regard to personally identifiable information and the records we keep.
We are committed to protecting your rights to privacy and take our responsibility with regard to protecting your private information very seriously. This page explains how we use your information and how we protect the information of private individuals.
Your information is kept on a secure database located in the United Kingdom and not stored on a web server. Where we have access to your information in order to take show bookings, as required by data protection law we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which is given to us. We do not pass or solicit personal information to third parties or organisations outside of our group unless this has been agreed with you for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations.
In accordance with applicable data protection law, you are entitled to request details of the personal information we hold about you. You have amongst others, the following rights as set out within the law: You can access, modify, object or revoke for legitimate reasons your consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with this policy. • when you form a customer relationship with Chefs on Stage or other organisation within The Corporate Group
• if you have expressly requested to be put on to a mailing list to receive newsletter updates or other correspondence
• if your contact details are already available in the public domain via reputable trade directories and journals
|The information we store may include name, postal address, email address, web site address and telephone contact details. If you have requested to be put on mailing lists for our newsletters, we store only your name and email address. Every email newsletter you receive from us will contain an unsubscribe link. Selecting that link will enable you to opt out of receiving subsequent communications.
|Chefs on Stage work to maintain personal information and keep records up to date. Our policy is to use the information we keep for the purpose for which it was obtained. You may request at any time that we edit or remove your personal information from our database by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

We may share personal information with certain permitted third parties within The Corporate Group companies and where a trusted partner is subcontracted by the group with your permission within the terms of the contract.
