Cookery theatres facilitate fixed camera monitoring to TV screens ensuring all the action is captured, including close-up capture of the chef's detail work. Overhead cameras capture hob, island surfaces and stage. Pictures are vision mixed by our manning operator and displayed on 42" or 60" plasma/LED screens.

We can also provide a roving camera operator, video recording facilities and back-stage vision monitoring for prep assistants to keep abreast of all the on-stage action.
