Incorporating the very latest LED technology the mobile 46 square metre screen theatre is fitted with a 5 metre wide chefs cooking island and back fitting including Rangemaster hob, double oven and fridge freezer. The onboard 'gallery' can accommodate 8 mobile or locked-off cameras with vision mixing facilities and control for the 9KW line array sound system. This outdoor theatre will deliver crystal clear sound and picture to audiences of 4,000 in bright daylight conditions, making it ideal for live chefs demonstrations at outdoor events and festivals.

Chefs on Stage provide all necessary support such as back-stage wash and food prep area, chefs, home economists, power, health and safety, technical crew, planning and logistics.
