Originally built by Underwood Kitchens for James Martin to cook on at a variety of events around the UK, the Underwood Kitchen I is one of two Underwood demonstration kitchens now owned and adapted by Chefs on Stage and in use for the larger events such as BBC Good Food Show and the Boat and Caravan Show.
The cherry wood kitchen units incorporate a Rangemaster American style fridge-freezer, double oven and the chefs cooking island can be installed with either gas or electric hob. Back-stage prep includes wash-up, hot water urn and fridge. Full theatre sound, lighting, cameras and screens come as standard.
